Averatec is committed to providing thorough and expedient service. Here you will find information on how to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) or check on the status of an existing RMA.

With your new Averatec purchase, you may have received a document stating, "For warranty covered repairs, please allow 3 business days for repair and return shipment of 1 day."  We apologize for our error as the document should have read, "For in warranty covered repairs, please allow 7-10 business days for repairs." Actual shipping time is dependent on the carrier and return location, and time in transit may vary. Please allow up to 5 business days for return shipping.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
