I just wanted to let your company know that I love my Averatec computer, but did not know who to send the kudos to. I bought my 6200 series about 3 years ago and it is still doing great. I have traveled all over the world with it and when people ask me about it I tell them. I have owned other brands of laptop’s. Some of them from companies like Dell, HP, and Gateway. I have to say I think yours is far superior. I would usually begin to see hardware problems about 1 year after purchase and I have yet to detect anything wrong with your laptop.

upset or frustration, but to show a sincere and glowing appreciation of the
companies efforts in producing a solid market competitor.
I recently purchased one of your laptops and have found it to be one of the
most outstanding value for money purchases that I have made in recent years.
Using laptops for my business customers, I find that any small complication
can lead to hours out of my day resolving issues which are frustrating
oversights by the laptop manufacturer. I am happy to echo the thousands of
very happy customers that you have, in detailing the smooth running of your
machines. Fast, well produced, well featured laptops at a very reasonable
price. So much so I have just bought another 6 and have sold on the old
laptops we used to use.

"I now have a 4 week old 3150 HD that I upgraded to 512 memory and XP Pro. When you live in Hawaii you are at the mercy of the stock that is "on-hand" since shipping and taxes make mainland e-shopping very expensive. (Otherwise I would have gotten one of the "P" models). I cannot think of the appropriate words to express my sheer delight and cudos to your company for a job well done!!!!!! I don't usually write comments but I take an exception in the case of Averatec. The power, flexibility, and compactness/weight are perfectly suited to my work as an outside support anyalist. I regularly fly between the Islands for emergency calls, the 3150 carries all of my tools, test-repair software and it does it so easily Ijust whish there was a manufacturer of larger back pockets !!! That way I would never be without it. Once I compensated for the keyboard, it is the perfect tool for me. I wouldn't sit and write code all day on it but is is a true dynamite road warrior. I was not even aware of how strong the case was (I had assumed it was inexpensive plastic) until after multiple bag;/computer airport security checkpoint rough treatments !!
Keep up the great pioneering work !! Even though I have no way to vouche for the MTBF's and component reliability I have recommented it to many of our clients here in Hawaii based on my short experience...it is truely a wonder...so light compact and affordable that I sometimes feel insecure not having to lug around the company issued HP - but still be able to do all that I need, thanks for a GREAT product you have won a supporter and ombudsman on the Islands."

"As a CPA I was looking for something light and portable to complement my computer in the office, and I saw the 3225HS at a Circuit City store here in San Antonio. For $999 it had all of the same features as a Sony Vaio I purchased a couple of years ago at 2 ½ times the price, in addition to having an internal wireless adapter...the Sony has a much larger screen, but that was not what I was looking for.
I have only used the product for a day, but I have already recommended it to a client. The unit appears to run much more efficiently than the Sony. But what really impressed me was when I called technical support ( I couldn't get the unit to recognize my wireless router in my home). Unlike Microsoft, Dell, Sony and most other companies in the computer industry, I was not connected to someone across the world, I was not guided through an irritating, computerized voice recognition series of questions, but instead I spoke to a very nice lady who helped me in about two minutes.
. . . I am very impressed, although I am only one day into the honeymoon stage with this computer, but if it is what it appears to be you have gained a customer who will gladly recommend you in the business community in which I live."

"We just received our new 3200. After some weeks of looking at different machines that supported 54g and had a 12" display (Sony, Asus, Dell, HP, IBM, Fujitsu) we chose the 3200 Averatec. The right choice!!!
This one will be our travel computer. It'll go in the RV where it'll get used everyday for email, web access and to manage our travel photographs. The size is important for that reason. It'll fit neatly on the shelf where we keep our photo printer and other computer equipment..
This is an awesome notebook. Solid feel, great performance, nice to look
at, very nice to use!
We don't know how you do it for the price, but keep it up.

"I just bought your AV3225HS, and I have to say that I am very impressed with the features. From the quality AMD chip to the integrated wireless I was impressed. Even the little things like the cdrom cover felt solid, nothing on it feels like it was skimped on and done to cut corners. I like the touchpad, power LED lights,laptop color, even the the power cord! I cant say that about ANY computer I ever owned and I didnt get gouged like Sony loves to do to their customers. It gives that warm fuzzy feeling, except when I get yelled at for ignoring the woman and playing with my new Averatec Laptop. Great job guys and keep up the great work!"
